DRAFTED
Built from reviewed templates, not a blank page.
"Grantor, trustee, successor trustees, beneficiaries — Gryph asks for each role once and never asks again."

SIGNED
Signed and notarized without leaving the platform.

KEPT
A trust that keeps a record of itself.
"Most trusts fail quietly: no minutes, an outdated Schedule A, a successor nobody told. TrustGriffin makes the quiet part visible."

REVIEWED
A human when you want one.
Other tools draft a document. TrustGriffin builds a trust and keeps it.

Private organizations
Endowments, special-purpose vehicles, and alternative governance for groups whose vision doesn't fit a corporate or nonprofit box.
Trust professionals
Reviewed drafts and a running minute book instead of a folder of PDFs.

Frequently asked questions
No. TrustGriffin is a software platform. Gryph drafts documents from reviewed templates and keeps your records; it does not give legal, tax, or financial advice. When you want a human, the Partner Network connects you with trust professionals.
Private irrevocable trusts — sometimes called natural-law, common-law, or pure trusts — that operate under equity and the right to private contract rather than a state statute.
We use lawful for equity, common law, and private contract; legal for statutory, public frameworks. A private trust is lawful: it draws its authority from the agreement of its parties and the conscience of its trustees, not from state registration. It's a design choice with reasons, and we'll explain them — not a loophole.
The indenture, Schedules A–D, a banking resolution, a successor-trustee minute, and a running minute book. Plus signature requests for every role and one remote online notarization.
From inside TrustGriffin you schedule a remote online notarization with a commissioned notary over video. The notarized document returns to your minute book. One is included per trust; additional sessions are available. [CONFIRM provider name on this answer: NotaryLive]
Yes. Share the trust with any role you choose — a professional you already work with, or one from the Partner Network. They see the documents, the minutes, and what's unsigned.

You do. Export it or delete it at any time. We don't sell it, and nobody sees your trust unless you invited them.
